Does Bluetooth pairing require a PIN code?
No. Ignore any automatic PIN-code prompt, open the app again and allow it to connect to the monitor.
What should I do if Bluetooth will not connect?
Confirm Bluetooth is enabled, ensure another nearby phone is not connected, then restart Bluetooth or the phone. Too many saved Bluetooth devices may also interfere.
Why is there no trip route or parking position?
Enable GPS, grant location permission, keep the app running and connected, turn on GPS Track Server, and allow background operation and automatic startup.
Why am I not receiving abnormal-data alerts?
Open the phone’s settings and enable notification permission for the application.
Why is the battery level inaccurate or starting data missing?
The feature is intended for 12V lead-acid and LiFePO4 vehicle starting batteries. Without engine-start activity, charge estimates may be inaccurate and starting data may be unavailable.
Why can’t the charging system be tested?
Run the test while the engine is operating. The function supports ordinary alternators but does not support smart alternators.
